too much garlic

 [ It's good to know that during the span of absences between Leorio and his closest friends, there was always time for a quick phone call. Sure, it varied with their individual schedules (though he wasn't sure if that applied to Gon and Killua, heaven knows they were attached at the hip these days-) but when Leorio got the time, he made the time. So that's probably what lead to this little outing, which surprisingly only consisted of him and Gon at a dimly lit restaurant in down town. Was it authentic? Heck if he knew! Was the food good? He'd have to agree. Did they order more than enough to haul back to the hotel so there was enough for Killua and Kurapika? Well- hey, he'd worry about that later.

Leorio is contemplating eating the last of the pot stickers when the waitress pops by and drops the check, as well as a few fortune cookies before rushing off. There's four, which is odd in itself- as if the proprietors of the restaurant knew they were missing two other people. ]

Huh, that's something else. [he says loud enough for Gon to hear, IF the boy can hear. it is kinda noisy here!]
